From what I know, there isn't much different about them. I run a TransGo and I like it. They can be had on Ebay for a decent price.

I haven't looked into either of those much, TransGo had a decent amount of things, even the 4th accumulator spring, which you need to remove the side pan for. They're about $50 on ebay. Someone else should chime in with the facts on ZZP vs Intense.

Intense comes with the springs and spacers. Zzp just has spacers. I have the intense in mine and love it. My buddy has the zzp one in his 99 GTP And from driving both can't really tell a big difference.

I had a zzp and it made the car shift nicely but $40 for 5 or 6 plastic spacers? Not worth it to me.

I did, it cost me more but I used the vendor as specified in the write up. Most say that you don't need to go that route and just get something that matches the dimensions as specified.

I used nylon spacers, they were made from a thicker wall stock, in mine. $5 total for me. Been in for 13k and no deformation yet, I was concerned that the steel spacers would wear on the aluminum contact surfaces. <-----different approach; result: tire-chirping 1-2 upshift (when boost doesn't cut out), decisive 2-3

In the guys DIY shift kit, he installs new "plain, yellow, and white springs" I've been doing some searching but the spacer takes the place of the purple spring, right? The yellow spring [I assume](from rock auto) is the reverse band. I was going to match his setup but no part numbers given for the white, or plain spring, even for the yellow spring.... :dontknow:
