Hi ive been here a long time but never posted until now...Im stumped!! On my supercharger (2000 Bonnie) there is a port of some sort that is cracked. It is to the right side top of the supercharger looking into engine bay. the brake booster line comes up to meet it. the bypass solenoid line goes away from it. the other nub is capped. it has two bolts and out . There is apparently no name for this part on any diagram or anything on the net...i went to a junkyard and the dealer both today to find it..autozone sure doesnt know what it it(dealer either, chevy). this port is throwing a p0440 code small evap leak Ive been duck taping it up to try to save gas...its hurting my MPG alot. Like I said its cracked and leaking air I know if I could find what its called two bolts and out/in would get me right....thanks for your help! :)

I think you're talking about the vacuum tree on the blower.

Agreed.

What is your current MPG? Most of us range around 22 - 24 average for an SSEi.

MPG right now is barely 20-21. I've seen as high as 28 out of this car, hwy. I got this car with 74 k last year acdelco plugs iridiums k&n etc...a ton of new parts really. I did finally find this part also scouring the net and forums...a eaton blower booster cap ...also known as intake manifold vacuum..is now on order from gmwholesale.com for approx. $8.50.this the last remaing part to tighten up this neighborhood wonder..my car is named for the supersonic concordr plane...ok thanks for the input!!

Depending on your driving, 20-21 isn't all too bad. I barely break 18 with straight Chicago traffic. Hahaha.
