Replaced the broken plastic fitting with a metal fitting to stop the infamous intake fitting leak (lower fitting on the tensioner didnt have a fitting - just a metal intake piece that was molded onto the tensioner and had an o-ring.) Had to replace the tensioner with a new one since the old one broke the lower fitting off (pain to fish out X_x) Now, I cant get the 2 fittings for the heater core to stop leaking. Ive tried RTV, Urethane... Im outta ideas. Whats the usual go-to solution you guys come up with? -Ben
