would running a platinum or iradium plug provide any benefit?

ram air hood, 3.4, 3" downpipe, 3" exhaust, tune, msd coils.
i keep putting ngk tr55 plugs in there and right about every 6k miles i keep getting
a miss under hard accel.. so i replace the plugs and all is fine.. well for another 6K

would switching to a colder plug help any??
or trying ...

my 2000 grand prix gtp. ok.. so i replaced both axles due to vibrations (they where shot).. now on the pass side the shaft doesn't seem to go in all the way and there is movement at the trans.. there is about a 1 inch gap between the end of the shaft and the diff cover.. to me it really looks like ...

well we got a new scan tool at work today, so i thought i would hook my car up to see what it had to say... sitting there at idle, about 50 deg outside. and it had 22 degrees of spark advance.. i just thought that was way to much.. any thoughts?

2000 l67 at 50* temp (early morning) how much spark advance is to much advance at idle?

or what should it normaly run.

last week when i was at my moms house ( out in the middle of BFE) it was 2.99 for 93 octane..

when i returned to gainesville (hr north) it was 2.89 for 87 octane..
