That doesn't mean a simple modification -it means they need to be totally redone. Take it from someone who knows what it's like to buy one of these sets -I even bought before they noted that modifications were required to make fit and I still couldn't get any money back.*Requires modification - Expect moderate modification to the piping for minor fitment issue

They may make a good set with a lot of work welding and grinding the poorly constructed joints. Plus, that looks like very thin metal. It'd rust away in no time flat. Although in FL you don't have as much worry.
For $100 and lots of sweat equity they may turn out decently.

It's not a welder you will need -you will need new primaries or at least a mandrel bender and know precisely where to bend and how much.
Trust me -the front header runs through the middle of the torque convertor.
