Along with the carbon fiber vinyl, I also just picked up some brushed black metallic. This stuff looks really nice, the brushed look gives it a nice texture and it looks flat yet glossy if that makes any sense. What do you guys think?

looks great. it kinda makes them look like they are made of the same vinyl/plastic thats used on the dash. I just wish there was as good a looking option for cars with the pewter/ tan interior

It would have looked much cleaner if they did brushed, in my opinion. Like the silver strips on the G8 dashes.

I wanted to do my sill plates in this but the pattern is oriented the wrong way. I have the black and titanium colors and I had put some thought into how to use them tastefully to modernize the interior.

Not really sold on it, but does't look horrible. That one vent is the only one I have done so far in brushed, might do a complete set of vents and swap them in just to see how they look all together.

I think if you do the door handle trim and swap in black/grey door handles it would work.

Doesn't look bad by any means on the tan. It would help if the vent grilles and direction nipple thing were black or gray.

Yes, still the 3M 1080 film. This is much thinner then the carbon fiber film though so it conforms much easier.
