It's been a while since I've been on here. Life's been... well... life! lol
Anyways, a friend of mine let me borrow their camera so I took the opportunity to make some videos of acceleration runs and what not.

i wish i could make it out there today, after i fixed the brakes the *shoot* stars running and driving better than ever, but ive only got about a quarter tank of gas, and zero paperbacks :roll:

My "low money" light has been on for so long it's burned out.

Anyways, me and Will had a field day on Penelope today. New plugs to go along with the new wires that were put on a couple months ago. Fresh oil, tons of new bulbs out back, and most importantly a new belt since my old one was slipping up a storm. The process of changing the belt gave way to much blood and profanity along with this fantastic picture:

Turns out the belt I had ordered was a sliver to small. So we went out to Advance and got a new one. No problems with that.

It was a great day, I'm sure Will can fill in some more interesting stories that I've forgotten.

When I got home I was excited to see that the package I've been waiting for had arrived!

That's just the box. Andrew has got some interesting boxes. :P

I got new radio buttons to get rid of the chipping ones finally, along with a new passenger door speaker since I had blown out the one I have. I also have a new wheel well splash shield since the one I got off an SE at the yard did not clear the tire when I was turning right. I didn't realize this till I had rubbed through it. :thumbdown:

My car's battery (one year old) Died catastrophically today after we went to lunch...Go figure. Two Bonnies and can't drive either. Lexass took us to Sears to get the new battery. Also had to show Carl what a Lucerne's all about. :)

Also can't forget about Penny chirping the tires on a downshift at around 35 MPH. Will and I are at a loss in terms of what happened there...

I gotta agree. Today, I went and put the new buttons into my car so they look awesome. However, now all the incandenscent bulbs except the middle one in the bottom row have stopped working. I was really careful while doing the whole procedure so I doubt I messed something up. Anyone have any ideas?

Good to see the package arrived safely. That box was one of my black friday hauls this year... and was even used as a Christmas present box before you received it (did you notice the wrapping paper on it?)

You should have replaced the bulbs while you had it apart, old bulbs like that don't like any sort of movement.

I did notice the wrapping paper! Gave me a good laugh. Mom thought I was becoming interested in cooking. lol

Anyways, guess I'm swinging by radio shack tomorrow to grab some bulbs. Good thing I left the dash apart.
