I'm going to pencil something in for October 8th this year. I've already started tearing down the first half of the building I'd want to burn too.

Have a look at your schedules, so I can find a date that works best. This is going to depend on how things are going at work here, I won't know until September if I'll be able to make it a full weekend thing again. If all goes well, we should be ramping down weekends by that point.

Based on the experience at the summer meet, and that I've had an idea for something in conjunction with a possible fall meet, and that it's my birthday on the 12th I'm gonna say hell yes LOL

At this point I am in, I have the weekend of the 8th off (work the weekend before and after). We will see how things go between now and then, but if it works out I'll bring the X5 with the camper

So looks like the Grand Prix won't be done in time for the Woodward dream cruise, but it will definitely be running for this! Planning on having it running and driving by late August to mid-September!

Yeah I'm nervous that it could suck :( I've done worse though... a few years ago we camped on Halloween and it got down to 26° overnight. Little chilly lol

Long term forecasts are saying (at least for most of Ohio) that the heat will be extending through the end of October. So, it might still be warm, but then again, it's Michigan, and like Ed said, in 2014 we all woke up and found ice on our windshields, in the middle of June.
