They are talking about the older throttle body injection systems, your car is fine.

At least 45 psi. I believe around 50 is the norm. And it should be steady.

If there is gas in that vacuum line the fpr is bad for sure. Replace ASAP.

So I have a few problems with that fuel pressure tester

1. Its leaking really bad is there a way to stop it from leaking so i can get to test the fuel pressure

2. Is airtex a good fuel pump to use or delphi

3. So if i hold my finger over the FPR vac line for a few mins or seconds my finger becomes a lil damp and smell like fuel should I change the FRP ASAP

You smell gas and finger wet from vacuum line to FPR?
Replace the FPR. Now.

Where is it leaking, how about a couple pics? Also a few pics of the kit you bought.

Make sure the fittings are good and tight and there is no O rings missing that should be there. If that all checks out it may just be a bad kit.

Definitely get the regulator changed as soon as possible. When they leak through the vac lines, they've been known to dump gas into the upper intake, and it can explode when starting the vehicle.

That's weird that your kit is leaking, my dad has the same one and we've never had any issues with it. +1 on checking for tight connections and missing o-rings, if it still leaks, see if harbor freight will swap you for a new kit. They've been good in the past about helping me with bad stuff out of the box in my area.

The code will likely still be stored and you can scan it and retrieve it.
