Re: stumble and blinking ses.

Test your TPS.... when mine was going bad, it stumbled, even at idle. But, regardless, all codes need to be addressed. If it is a MAF issue, don't buy a new one, just grab a used one from Haro. Less headaches. What brand of plugs, wires, and coils did you use?

Re: Oops...

I would personally look over at AutoGeek forums for some wetsanding tutorials. In the meantime, I'll be looking.

EDIT found a video and such by Mike Phillips. To view, you may or may not have to have an account. clicky

Soundsational knows their stuff, I'd take it to them. Hopefully it won't cost you anything, if anything labor.

Hopefully it turns out well!

Re: Car wont start, plugs are wet w/fuel & Im getting spark??

Agreeing with Bugsi. Your MAF is the first spot to look. Cleaning it with some MAF cleaner may help, or not. Its trial and error - some fixes work for one's car, others don't. Each car has its quirks.

Hopefully you get it figured out soon.

Re: Intermitten ABS light.

To read ABS codes, you have to go to the dealership or a mechanic, as the free code readers at Autozone, etc. don't have access to them.

That sucks! Sorry to hear that. Give Andrew a nudge and see if he has a good radio in stock.

Awesome looking car, I personally am a huge fan of those rims!

PS - those buildings behind your Bonnie look vaguely familiar.... :bluetwitch: are you on the south side of Indy?

Re: How to: 2000+ radio light fix tutorial (45pics)

I would assume the display lights are burnt out. Replace them, and see what happens. After replacing, then get it programmed.

EDIT: If it was locked and needed to be reprogrammed, it would say "locked" like the picture Andrew posted. He bought that radio off of eBay as well.

Re: my first and latest Bonne (pic heavy)

"Laces" refer to the cross lace rims. I personally love those on that body style!

PS - if you need ideas on cleaning up your car, find some of Andrew's (harofreak00) threads of his flips. He has great ideas - that's how I got mine so clean!

I love the laces on your white bonnie. Looks like you loved her!
For the leather seats, use a magic eraser. Works wonders - but condition the leather after. Keep the progress going! As always - we love pictures :beerchug:

Re: abs and traction controll problems

Have you checked if anything is wrong with the ABS? But I agree with Sirius - check with wheel speed sensors. I'm assuming one isn't reading the same speed as the others, and is throwing on the traction.
