Re: water
thanks Ill check that. on the passengerside under the seat there seem to be a little square box could that be the airbag modual?
Not sure if the water problem would cause the air bag light to come on, but I tend to think not. There should be a rubber drain on the passenger side of the bulkhead ...

341 and traction control
I have just finished changing the idle pulley on my SSEI 1996 200 000 km. The pulley that I changed is the one in the engine mount. I had a hard time with that mount.
Now that the pulley is fixed and working well. Ive got a code that pop up 341(cam sensor and the traction control stop working ...

185000KM 0n 1997 Both cylinder were leaking

What about the drums? Are you turning them? New ones? Don't forget to check the other cylinder while your there. Make sure that there is no oil in the boot. Good luck.

Re: security lightg on
Finally took the time to check the cable that goes to the lock it looks good.
I took it off, cleaned it, I placed it back on. Theres always a nice LIGHT ON.
What else could turn on a security light on?
What can I do to turn it of?
Is the security light only for the alarm system?
By the way the car ...

Re: fuel filter
no,. no need to depressurize. I change my fuel filter once a year. (every fall) 20-30k km. If you dont know the last time it was changed CHANGE IT. Then you can start regular maitance from there.
The filter is like only 15$ and takes 15-30 min to change
