Im getting a code 1864 and my tranny has problem starting in first 199SSEi. Started this afternoon and this morning it went fine

Which fuse? Fuses don't just blow, something caused a load on the circuit.

That was me that blow the fuse. Its the same fuse as the rad fan. I was grounding the relay for the fans, and grounded the wrong wire oops. Everything is fine now
