Im going on friday night to look at and maybe buy a 99 olds 88 with 95,000 miles, the body and interior are said to be pristine. the asking price is $1,000. The only thing that is supposed to be wrong with the car is that starter is bad. What is the best way to turn the engine over manually to make sure that the "Bad starter" isnt actually a hydrolocked motor?
