Hello, I just bought a 99 Regal but I have an issue with the several things. First off my symptom: My lights are on but the switch is off , I think they turn on by the DRL sensor, when I pull out the headlight switch the display of the radio dims along with the Climate Control lights but radio is still works along with the CCU. I have just started to investigate things closer and see the the fog lights have been disconnected. Now just to let you know I am mechanically/ electrically inclined but I have no experience in fixing cars. I will be getting some manuals to educate myself because that is just me, but I also look forward to any advice someone can give me.
As far as the cluster lighting there is none and the mileage display is off along with the park neutral reverse drive indicators. You might wonder why I bought such of a car its because I test drove it during the day and silly me didnt turn on the lights and second the car was in great shape and ran even better.

Are they always on or just when the key is on?
