Year and Trim: 1998 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI

Tore down dash traced the wires to the starter enable relay, diagram says it is on the left of the dash but don't see anything. Where is it and what does does look like?

All I have is for a 93; hopefully it hasn't changed.
