i'm thinking about upgrading my shift kit. i have the zzperformance one right now (the plastic spacers) and i'm not thrilled. for those of you that have shift kits, which one do you have and do you recommend it? keep in mind this is my daily driver. i'd like to spend under $100 if possible. thanks for your input!

Either the Intense or the Transgo have spacers and springs. The Intense comes with a filter and sandpaper, which the TransGo doesn't, but a filter is $15 and sandpaper is cheap. I'd get the TransGo and get a filter from your favorite parts store, and slap it in.

You have a different transmission. Transgo is a totally different kit for you, but is more comprehensive than the kit being discussed here.

You have a 4T60E(HD), they're talking about a 4T65E, which was a pretty major re-design.

TransGo does make a kit. TransGo makes a kit for just about every automatic transmission made, especially US Domestic.
