For the 94 SSEi

I know 1993 SLE added angel eyes, so I'm wondering if I could do the same. I've found a place to relocate my car to do better, more out-of-the-weather painting, and until then I'm doing more wiring and some headlights. The reason I'm interested in angel eyes is because I have a lot of wiring, switches, fuses, fuse panels, and whatnot left over from the Radomirian Wiring thread. The angel eyes would have their own wiring controlled by switches separate of OE wires and controls. I wouldn't need to do any adjustments to the DIC to make up for the resistance change, so I'm all set.

So, what's the best way to do angel eyes? Is it just as it was done last time? AFAIK, the last thread wasn't all too informative of the process, but it did show many before and after pics. As for sanding down the nipples on the headlights, is that even remotely something a relatively normal person would do? I've never liked them, but perhaps they serve a purpose even when off the manufacturing floor.

The purpose for the nipples is for headlight aiming devices to have solid datum points for alignment. They can't even be seen from more than 10 feet away. By the time you sanded them off your glass headlights, you'd have HOURS of polishing to hide the hack job.

Good point about the headlight nipples. They might as well stay on, then. Some day... :briding:
