well, I would first rule out fuses and while you check them, you can check for power in and out. - if you have a long wire, you can check for continuity between fusebox and affected parts - if there is none, you can check wiring.

I had a similar problem where the door ajar did not detect, window did not work, power lock did not work, and mirror would not adjust. To fix this I replaced the passenger door module.

There are a few possibilities.

1. There have been occasional reports of the battery positive voltage feed wire that passes through the body grommet into a door breaking internally from frequent opening and closing. Sometimes this can be difficult to detect because the wire insulation sometimes remains intact. I've repaired a vehicle where I could measure voltage at the door module, but enough strands in the wire were broken that there was insufficient current carrying capability to operate the window motor.

2. There is a splice located in the main body wiring harness under the driver's seat. This is well known to corrode causing one or more doors (other than the driver's door) to fail completely. The full explanation is rather lengthy, but if this occurs, virtually all door functions fail to operate. Look here: http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... 25362.html under the section 'Interior -> Passenger front and both rear door windows & locks don't work'. Depending on the extent of the corrosion, it's certainly possible for only a single door to be affected.

3. Possible door module failure. I'm not sure this would be my first suspect because other problems seem to be more prevalent.

4. Other wiring problems such as bad grounds or corroded connectors.
