I Finally got this car all legal to driver and put 25 miles on her today . Overall Drove Great !

Only thing i cant really figure out is the shaky front end at times ?

Symptoms :

-Shifting out of park and into R or D slight Clunk and jerking of the car .

- at 60-70 mph coasting , very slight vibration consent with steering wheel rocking back and forth with vibration .

- Under load at highway speed and accelerate 3-5 k RPM it shakes the whole car slightly in a weird vibration ?

What does this sound like ? Kept in Mine the tires are all matching and almost Brand new .

( p.s. front left tire is started to get a lot outside tread wear faster compare to other tire's .)

Did you have an alignment when you got the tires?

Transmission needs something I forgot what but saw same symptoms in another post.
Shaking steering wheel should either be bad tie rod or control arm not sure which happens at higher speeds
And uneven tire ware could mean alignment issue as previously stated.

Sounds like you could use an alignment and a solid front mount.

I detailed the car yesterday , and checked the air pressure in the tires for first time .

Front right tire had 48 PSI in it :bluetwitch:

left front had 22 psi :bluetwitch:

So, I put 35 PSI all around , and now car pulls to right slighty now .

and i got it up to 65 on a 40 MPH road

and the shaking is allot less noticeable but still kinda there .

So , I'm just gonna get the tires re balanced , rotated , and get a 4 wheel alignment , and go from there .

My sle would jerk when shifting to D or R. Also it would vibrate when going 50-55mph. After changing one of the ignition coils that was bad, it has been fine since then.

The jerk when shifting could be from a motor mount for sure. Does it slam or knock when shifting under power?

I had my front one replaced recently, and I still get a slight jerk when shifting from park to R or D. Could this mean I also have other mounts that are junk?

Well they are 12 years old, so there is no reason they couldn't be going bad

I checkd under my car yesterday, and found that the other 3 mounts look just fine. I am sure they aren't as sturdy as they once were, but there isn't any crack or tears in them.
