2005 Bonneville SLE Dashboard Gauges stopped working

I was driving to work this morning sipping my coffee and all of a sudden all the needle on all gauges (instrument cluster) on the dashboard fell to the left (as if the car were turned off). I immediately pulled over waiting for something else bad to happen but the car just kept running as normal. Not sure what the back side of the instrument cluster looks like. Could this be a loose connection somewhere or has the dashboard likely gone bad.
Suggestions ???
Thanks, Al

I've had the fuel gauge become "squirrely" and the oil pressure has "pegged" at maximum psi but never heard of all of em checking out at one time! I suspect a fuse may have blown, just a guess though. Until I fix the fuel gauge, my odometer tells me when it's time to gas up!

Okay....thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately I think the fuse for the instruments is under the rear seat...not sure what sense it made to put it there. I'll google for the manual to check for sure where it is.

The back seat lifts up. If you put your hands at the button of the seat where the carpet and the seat meet and lift up, hard it will come up. You night even find something you didn't expect under there, like a battery. I wonder if you unplug the gauges and plug them back in of that would fix it.

Side Pot: Im just curious, what kind of mileage do you get on a full tank?

I haven't calculated that in a long time, IIRC, it's around 350-400 miles per tankful. I just fill up when I hit 250 miles to be safe and not sorry.

All:
Thanks for the comments and suggestions, but alas it is not the fuse. Last night while in the middle of taking my back seat out the little lady annouces that she'd like an ice cream sundae. So, being the good doobie that I am, I offer to go get one for her. So, back seat lifted up, hadn't actually opened the fuse box yet, I start the car and the gauges are now working again. Likely loose connector (or I hate to say it, a short in some wire) somewhere.
Thanks again for all the suggestions and pix.
