I had AmericanPVD out of Downey, CA do them. When I was calling around for prices, I talked with Lauren. She was the most personable sales rep I talked with, and they also had the cheapest price, so I went with them. Originally, the price was $125/wheel, plus $35/wheel that needed any repairs (2 of mine did), plus shipping both ways. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to complete them, but they ran into a couple issues that slowed them down and ended up knocking the price down to $105/wheel. After all was said and done, I paid $490 + shipping.
and now to the drooling...

They turned out awesome. I was nervous that they would be wavy when a few people warned that PVD can do that. The only wavy parts are on the outside where the tire mounts and the back of the rim. You can kinda see it in the picture. The face of the spokes is like a mirror.
a set of new 235/50R18 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDWS will be mounted soon... but I probably won't put them on the car until it drives under its own power. It will make it that much more exciting.
