front hub replacement
Im about to replace my front hubs on both sides... any pointers? She's making a loud grinding noise as I rool down the street. Sorry for asking the same question soo many times just unsure on the whole thing.

Make sure you have the large socket for the axle nut. It's 34 mm, IIRC. Just take your time, and do one side at a time.

34mm socket at a LONG T-55 torx. You'll need a big breaker bar or a good impact gun.

I was also getting ready to replace both hubs. How long of a T-55? The one I was going to use is only 1" long. 
2000 SSEi - SilverBullet - 78,000 kms, 4" "straight shot" custom headlight ram air inlet, TOGs, 1.9's, Lsd, 2.9-3.4"MPS 10-15 psi, Ported GenV, EGR eliminated, OR pushrods, oil volume kit, trani cooler & shift kit, Titanium retainers, 90 lb springs, 160 Stat, 42# injectors, Fuel pump voltage increase, Wideband O2, 3" to dual 2 1/2" Magnaflows, Snow Meth/water injection, after SC temp gauge, 255/50WR17, timing commander set 15-18*@WOT, 2 speed Fan over-ride, disabled DRL, Solid motor mount, Meziere Electric water pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Drilled & slotted rotors/ceramics, GXP sway bars and STB, Upgraded and rebuilt transmission with ZZP 2500 rpm stall TC, Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with sub and 800 W amps, PB 13.5 quarter, (April 2014 car of the month)

I just used a standard 3/8 drive bit, with an extension. As long as the bit fits through the large hole in the hub, that should work.

ima start tomorrow on the driver side hub (all I could afford this week) boss knows a guy at united auto parts... he has a set off an 02 divlle they have 40,000 miles under there belts. Cheap! Can I lube them? If so with what? It amazed me to see that a hub off an 02 would fit on my bonnie 9 years its senior. Wierd

No, it's a sealed assembly. They're not like old bearings, where you take the assembly apart and pack the bearings, and when they went bad, they were cheap.
