Former Car of the Month, officially retired.

Post by MouSe »

Bought from a dealer in Pensacola, FL in 2009 this 17 year old girl has been a work horse for me and my family for 10 years. I upgraded the car with tint, aftermarket audio, custom retrofitted headlights, a FWI, a custom tune from Intense, shift kit, and I even cleared the tails just because.

I've replaced everything from the minor (brakes) to the major (transmission) on this car.

Finally though, she told me she had enough. After breaking the flexplate almost a year ago, the flexplate bolts sheared. The cost to have that repair done OR swap the motor was just to much to try to keep her going. New cars are a thing. Newer, better tech is out there now. So, we decided to take the cost of the repair and instead use that as a down payment on our new car.

It's been a fun 10 years old girl, but from your death someone will bring new life to their vehicle.

Pull A Part picked her up today, so if you're in the ATL area and need some Bonneville stuff head to the Norcross location because that's where she is going.
