If this has already been posted somewhere, please direct me. What I need to know is how to clean my Bonnie. Specifically, what can I use on my very-gritty and dull galaxy silver paint? I cannot send it to be professionally machined, so I have to do it by hand. What should I use? (I already know what to do with the interior, tires, and engine.)

PS It is so filthy and neglected due to the winter and then the repairs that I don't enjoy driving it now. In fact, I am driving the pickup truck whenever it is available rather than the Bonnie. Help!

if your looking to spend time on the paint and don't have the buffers or anything id start with wash and a claybar, then use a cleaner wax, then probably meguires tech wax will help to shine it up
