Chased my exhaust rattle for an hour. I may have found it. If I get these names right, its at the junction of the down pipe and the pipe coming from the catalytic conv. The junction is a corrugated piece on the downpipe going into the receiving part on the exhaust pipe end.

If you lightly touch it the rattle stops. The bolts are fried but solid. There's nothing visibly loose there. I think the pieces at that joint rattle until hot.

Yea that 3.4 pulley is too small for stage 1 in my opinion (I'm sure others will agree). At the very least you NEED a way to scan for knock, Aeroforce gauges mount into the vents nicely.

You can get a bluetooth adapter from amazon for about 15 bucks along with the torque app for your phone for another 5 and have a $20 scan tool. That's all I have for now.

I also added speed daddy headers to the stage 1 kit and I had some kr. It seems that an octane boost has alleviated the majority of that issue for now though. I guess rockers are the next step for me to get rid of the KR.

These cars look much newer with some cleaned up lights.

My car got a full tank of gas and a rinse. Finally got the winter grime off the outside, now it needs a quality wash.

Installed a new set of Belden Edge plug wires, the AL103's looked pretty good, with the toasted coconut coloring. Getting plugs soon.

Got estimates for having the Buick detailed... Always cleaned my own cars, but I've never worked so much in the past as well... I'm going to get the Rum runner shoes started before I do so, as I dont want to paint over any cleaners and such

Just a suggestion, cause I think you enjoy working on your car, read this: http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... 42720.html . My personal experience has been that no one does as good of a job on your car as you do (with a very few exceptions as Andrew, Ryan, etc). Get your quote for a detail, then take the list of equipment and supplies in Ryan's list, and see how much it will cost to purchase. I'll be willing to guess the price for the kind of detail you can do will be less that the quote you get. - BC

Today I did the test fit of my new calipers and learned I need spacers. I also learned that the current pads didn't have much time left so I just threw some cheap ones on there. I also changed some speaker wires around and made my stereo sound worse, but I should have it sorted out in the next couple days.

What did you change in your speaker wiring?

Penny got her fixed cluster and passenger window switch in today, thanks Andrew! It's weird… I mean short of cosmetic damage, the car is currently 100% operational. Not a single thing doesn't work on the car… It hasn't been this way for over two years.

I moved the wires for the 6x9's to the sub amp to see what would happen and I think it'll work good once I connect my front speakers to the other amp that the rear door speakers are hooked up to.
