Hello!
I'm the proud new owner of a Crystal red, 05 GXP! I've done a TON of research on here as I also have a 93 se with 213k on her and counting! Tons of awesome rides on here and I am glad to be a part of the fun!

For sure! She's still just a baby. I got her with only 65k on her. mostly garage kept, no visible body rust.

Love the color and the fact that it is a GXP! Just be careful with the wet sanding as GM has thin clear, only take the bare minimum off and you should be good though, I wet sanded much of my old '03 SSEI and a '04 GXP I had and they were fine.

2k will be plenty to level it out and not too aggressive to remove more then necessary.
