Taillight and spoiler swap

So i had been throwing the idea about throwing gxp taillights and a gxp spoiler on my 2000 sle and wondered if it had been done and if so how much convincing would the new spoiler take to get put into place given that it is actually interchangable

Everything is a direct swap. I have GXP tails on my SE, it is a great upgrade! The GXP spoiler center section bolts through the same holes already there, the side pieces are held on with two sided trim tape.

I like it alot and will definitely be looking for a pair of tails and probably rims. What is so different from the regular headlights to the gxp ones?

The GXP head lights have a darker corner reflector as well as black glare caps. This leads to an overall darker appearance.

Also the chrome for the reflector bowls for the headlights is slightly darker chrome, and has HIR high beams.

Ah yes, I forgot about those. Although not all GXP lights that you find might still have the HIRs intact. Furthermore, the 2004+ lights lose the ability to adjust the light output left and right, retaining only vertical adjustment.
