PM issue - am I missing something?
I've recently sent 2 PM's and they're just lingering in the outbox and haven't gone into "sent" yet (one has been a few days actually)....did they actually send, or are they stuck in limbo? If so, how do I get them to send?

Outbox means the person has not read them yet. When they read them they move to the sent folder.
