I'd love to come by and watch tonight, but as soon as I get home I need to wash the G8 and get packed for my trip to Van Wert in the morning (leaving at 6am).

One of these days we'll get a proper Ohio mini-meet going!

Of the most active members, I think there are just the two of us. There used to be more Ohio members, but in the past couple of years, they haven't been active (don't even know if some of them still live in Ohio anymore).

There are a few other active members in surrounding states, but the distance for a mini-meet for some of them is too far. Of course, anyone can chime in that I may not be remembering off the top of my head.

I'm near Pittsburgh, PA but for a mini meet, I'm not horribly close either, really. Columbus would be an OK distance for me, personally.

Quite a few live in Ohio, but as Greg said... Not many are active (and sadly, that includes me). However they're a great group of guys and I'm sure I can round up a couple people who would be interested in a meet.

Any meet of 10 cars or more is going to take much more planning then a single post at the end of another thread asking for interest.

If you are serious about it then post in the meets section to gather interest and leave at least a month or two notice before the date of the meet. Make sure you have plans ahead of time at least roughed in as well as how long the meet will be... there are very few people that will drive six hours one way for a single evening drag racing meet.
