My climate control doesn't always want to turn on. Usually if I immediately shift the car into drive it will. I don't believe this has anything to do with the control head itself but more with the vibration of shifting. I can also get it to turn on by slamming my hand down hard on the shifter but again vibration. When the climate control doesn't turn on, all of the warning lights come on and stay on until I hit the shifter as mentioned. When the climate control turns on, it starts in a default mode and temp and the trac off light remains lit. Pushing the traction button has no effect until the ignition is cycled and I get the climate control to come on right away. Any ideas as to what module is not turning on?

I have never heard of that issue before. I would be looking for a bad ground or a plug that is loose or corroded.

Check if all your fuses are pushed in all the way. My IGN3 fuse was on the border of contact. Thus my radio, climate, and traction stuff would all not work. Or would work sporadically going over bumps and rough roads.

Would you be referring to the fuse panel under the back seat or the one under the hood? Meh, I'll check both.
Thanks for the staring point!
