Stabalizer Shaft Link Questions

So I've had this metal on metal sound when going over bumps with my left front tire and also when turning sometimes (especially when I'm turning AND hit a bump). When I worked on my EBCV/EBCM today...I saw the following:



Then I looked at the other side and saw this:



Sorry for my ignorance but this IS the Stabalizer Shaft Link right? And any tips on how to replace this? Not sure how you line up this shaft with the holes and what not. Or is this as simple as:

* Jack vehicle up
* Remove the shaft link bolt (which could be difficult in the state it's in)
* Remove all the spacers and insulators
* Put new parts on and tighten

Nevermind, I just went for it and it was straightforward. I lost my torque wrench so that was a guess but we will see.

Tight will be fine, torque wrench not absolutely critical for this job.
