Pull the cover down below the dash on the driver side. Directionals is outboard from the steering column, and the hazards are inboard. They are both metallic can flashers, easy to spot with a flashlight

Thanks a bunch. Got it done last night. Took a few moments to see it almost hidden by the fuse panel (felt dumb for a sec lol).

I replaced mine a month ago after it was blinking like once every 5 seconds or so, but not before getting pulled over (and sobriety checked due to the time) because officer didn't see it blink...
