motor mount

I noticed the other day when I was trying to find where the exhaust leak was coming from, that the exhaust system flexed more than what I thought it should. A friend put the car in gear and while steping on the brake and throttle at the same time I could definantly see the flexing. How much is normal? A inch of down movement at the collector? Or is my motor mount in need of replacement at 70K?

With a bushing, barely noticeable. The only times you really feel it, in my car at least, is between 1400 and 1700 RPM.

2001 SSEi - NEW MODS in L32 - FWI, colder plugs, 180 t-stat, 3.5 pulley, 1.95 rockers, TOG headers and just about every Intense Trans upgrades they recommended.
OLD MODS in L67 - include FWI, colder plugs (Autolites), 180 t-stat, 3.4 pulley and 1.95 rockers.

Do you have pictures? What about mc master carr? They have 3-4" polyurethane round stock in many hardnesses, do i want it as hard as a hockey puck or a little softer?

Here are some photo's of mine. I made it from some polyurethane body lift blocks. With the part on the top there is very little vibration.
