Dont think they sell the o-ring by itself. They give you one with a new pulley in most cases.
Have you tried the dealer?

Yeah not sure if they have OE replacements. Is your current O-ring leaking or damaged?

It is not damaged that I anm aware of but I am going to change a leaking coolant elbow ( between tesioner and LIM) for the last time I hope and want to replace this o-ring too . After all, it is 14 years old and subject to failure form heat . If I cannot find an 0EM o-ring , I would like to know the proper size / I would replace it (HNBR or BunaM o-ring).

When I replaced my LIM gasket, I just used some dielectric grease on the o-ring and I haven't seen any problems yet at 138k miles, dunno if this helps you out or changes your perspective, but I've tried to do some searching and I am unable to find that part, just the tensioner bracket that includes a new o-ring, sorry and good luck.

IIRC you only have one nylon coolant elbow and you are referring to the o-ring that seals the part of the tensioner that goes into the front timing cover.
What I've done in the past was use one of the o-rings that came on the second (lower) nylon coolant elbow for the newer tensioner setup.
