I'm fine with floor space (Danny probably is, too), but I'm guessing there will be more room by the middle of next week (I have confirmed that I will be around on the evening of the 9th).

I'll try and save up some extra cash to pitch into the late week food fund.

That would be fine, it is the same route I used when I picked up my Cutlass a few months ago. Watch it around the Holland / Grand Rapids area though if you will be in that area towards rush hour, it is bumper to bumper for about ten miles. If you go through there any other time, it is no problem.

Washing the car when I get home and getting the bra on. Wish there were headlight covers for the '00+. The bra looks dumb with white peaking through. But I have an idea.

And don't worry Paul, there shall be many pictures!

Linda won't let me drag her Jeep...however she did spark up at the idea of the mud pit  Looks like we're making room for my son Nick too (aka Ditchboy). He's the one who had a green 93 SSEi but wrecked it back in 06 (I think). the custom made door panels and visors are now home in the Zilla. He's my Air Force son who'll be going away at the end of July. This will probably be our last vaca together for many years.

Last I knew, I had met nearly 100 members of the club although it's been 2 yrs since I was at an actual meet....I am psyched!

Eastbound I-196 is now completely closed east of US-131, so they start fiddling with the lanes, and that can be a bit confusing if you are unfamiliar with the area. Traffic is likely to be backed up even more now if you hit rush hour traffic.

As you enter Grand Rapids, start to work your way over to the left lane. Try to be there by the Lane Ave. exit. That left lane will become the lane that takes you to northbound US-131.

People!

If you are passing through Ohio, FOLLOW the speed limit. It was announced today that the Ohio Supreme Court decided it was okay for troopers to issue tickets if they THINK you're going too fast, they do not have to radar you.

wow... good luck with that  I would fight a ticket to the death if the officer came to my window and said that it "looked" like I was going a little fast. How the heck can the issue a ticket for something like that??? :ack:

Either way, good point Cody, thanks for the tip :beerchug:

We should be rolling in around the same time frame. We decided to leave a few hours earlier tonight than we had planned so they can start resting while I start the drive. Otherwise I don't think any of us would be able to actually get a nap/sleep before we head out, just too excited.

Car is ready, I'm partially packed, Brennan is packed (I'm slightly amazed he has already done so) and he just left a little while ago to go pick up Briana and her things. Just got to put everything in the car and head on. Planning to leave around 7:00-ish. Going to skip INTENSE and leave that for the ride home Thursday.
