Here's the bed situation that I am aware of as of now.

2 singles- One goes to Peterg, one goes to darrel (hope you don't mind sleeping in the same room, if you do just let me know and I'll switch some things around) :booty:

1queen air mattress-

Just let me know if anyone else had claimed one or if you want to claim one. Other than that we still have lots of floor space but few pillows.

Holy crap........... ONLY 4 days!!!!!!!!!

I think Liz and I will lay claim to a free bed - or any available floor - just for Thursday night when we arrive. After that we can set up a tent outside :)

I may have a couple of spare single air mattresses. I also have The Bonnevilla - a massive 16x20 tent that may be able to hold a couple more people - depending of the girls prefer to sleep inside (...have to fix a hole or else we bunk with the spiders). but i do snore...loudly... especially after drinking so... lol.

Hey do we need to bring our own coffee maker or do you folks have one? Do you want us to buy food/supplies when we get there or donate money or both? I know how expensive these meets can be and I don't expect to mooch off you fine folks.

I would love to bring my Bonneville...but if we have too many people coming, we'll have to come in a Jeep

We do have a coffee maker, but it is only a small one, so if you drink a bunch of coffee, it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring a bigger one. We don't drink coffee so

As for food, if you want to donate or bring something either way is fine, or if you ( or anyone else reading this ) can't pitch in, that is no problem at all. There is literally a CRAP TON of restaurants around here as well as a few grocery stores, and of course..... lots of liquor stores

Might have to bring a Jeep huh??? Welllll........ we MIGHT have room on the road in front of the neighbors house to park it :bsnicker:

And I'm definitely running down the strip.

To prepare those coming from a distance, the forecast for Friday night through Saturday night is for rain. Only 30 to 40%, but you know Murphy and his law.

Thank you for the head's up. I am not really a weather watcher and Ryan is not home much to do it for me anymore :booty: For example, I was mowing yesterday and it started down pouring so I kept going cuz he wasn't there to tell me when it would stop

As for a coffer maker...... by small he means like 2 cup (really small  used to it  )

Everything Ryan said above is true. I do have a lot of things already and not much room in the freezer at this point. So it's up to each one individually.

As for the Jeep he doesn't have much room to talk, he has a Dodge in his driveway right now. :bsnicker:

It's OFFICIAL, I resemble a stop sign, would anyone like to guess as to how I accomplished such an impossible task? =D>

I'll be leaving work early so I should be there about 5:30 or so. Hope traffic isn't too bad! Do we have a backup plan for Saturday in case of rain?

okay okay, firmed up the departure plans. Rather than drive tired Thursday night, Liz and I will leave Hamilton early *Friday* morning, around 7AM. We should roll in around lunch time :)

I got my wheels balanced and it looks like my wobble is gone. So track day looks good for me so far

Got my race wheels balanced early this morning too.

Our plan looks like we're going to leave sometime around 10pm tomorrow night. Stopping by Intense on the way up, and we should arrive around 2-3 in the afternoon.
