Double din navigation in my 03

This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

I like your setup 10 fold, much cleaner looking, gonna keep my eyes peeled for a Delphi.

That looks great. What interface adapter did you use? Was you factory system amplified or non-amplified? I'm wanting to replace my factory HU, and could use all the help I can get.

I am not sure what adapter it was it was so long ago when I installed my first radio. This nav unit was stolen so I have the stock one back in now... I know the adapter was the same as all the other ppl use. My factory radio is not amped. It let you keep the chimes but no steering wheel controls.

Metra GMOS-09 and the Pac C2R-GM32R
i tried both, both work, Metra was better IMO

Thanks. My car has the non-amplified stereo. I ended up going with the Metra GMOS-05. It worked perfectly.

Do you know if the Pac C2R-GM32R has an output that will allow me to use navigation? I know that the GMOS-09 has a navigation option, but it does cost a little more.
