Well, I'll get it started and others can add in..l.

Saturday at Kensington was perfect.

80 degrees and no bugs. The Sun was out and shining.

About 15 cars showed up:



Ryan (Crash93ssei) did most of the cooking but Peterg22000 did pitch in and help a little:

Cody, you actually did meet me a few years back at CEBF at the KOA campground. It was just a quick introduction, though.

I can say that it was great to meet everyone and that we could not have asked for better weather so far. Sadly though, it looks like a 60% chance of rain for the track day


Anyways, this is what have gone on so far...

Polished gweg_b's car, finished with two coats of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and one coat of Pinnacle Souveran wax.
Currently working on polishing WhiteArrow3800's car. Polished out the bad headlight, looks amazing.
Wet sanded and polished one of the headlights on Stephanie's '03, one more to go.
Wet sanded the older headlight on Petramans car.
Polished the tinted tails on Radomirthegreat's SLE, also had an extra trans mount laying around that we had welded solid and painted. It might be solid, it might cause some vibration, but it will definitely be better then what he has on there

I don't know if it was the lack of sleep or what, but I've been feeling terrible all day, almost flu-like, so hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow and gather my pics together for uploading!!

Ryan and Stephanie did a great job getting this all organized and set up. Thank you for your efforts.

There are rules that must be followed at these meets, one of them being that all chips must be obtained from a bowl...not a bag. Irkwerks2, and his wife make sure that the rule is not broken. They also provided various brands of pop (soda, soda-pop, tonic, etc. ) Oh, and while we're on rules...there are wash-rooms...not bathrooms.

Oh man this has been a great time so far!

Met up with GonneVille and his brother at Intense and then went to dinner later. Short get together but it was great to meet him!




Met up with Cody as well, my brother and I didn't manage to stay around for too long. Only have like two pictures of Cody's Saab, which is pretty much the same as what he's already posted. Really wish we could have stayed longer.

I just want to say how happy I am to see and meet everyone. It went really good Saturday. I met a lot of great people. Things are going great here. The guys are fed and back to working on cars. They are doing last minute prep before going out on the boat. Rest and relaxation and do it all again tom.

Just so you know even with 105K on the clock and pretty well sanded with salt and gravel Gregs car still looked great.

Once again, I just want to thank Ryan and Stephanie for being INCREDIBLE hosts. I'm not sure I'm even treated that good by my own family haha. We really enjoyed ourselves and are ready for the 2010 MI Meet! Nicole had a lot of fun going to the outlet malls with Stephanie while we were buffing and polishing haha.

I should have taken more pics...but I didn't really think about it. The group pic was taken just as Radomir arrived and Greg, Danny, Nicole, and I were headed out back to Ohio, so it's a little dark.
