I checked the forecast on Saturday also and it is a 40% chance of scattered thunder storms, but as you said, it is at a covered pavillion. It rained last year for the park meet and it was still a great time!

As for a list of who is bringing what, I will edit the first post in this thread and also the first post in the meet planning thread as to who is bringing what, so you can check that out in a bit.

Not sure so far on how many are attending 100%, but I know that there will be at least a dozen at the meet at the park, hopefully 20 or more though. Two years ago I believe we had 16, and last year I believe there was 18, so with the interest people have shown this year, 20 + should not be a problem. We will see as the week progresses.

I will also update the first posts as to who is 100% in and for how long.

Unfortunately it's looking very slim that i'll be able to come.
I'm short on money, and the blazer decided to blow the rear brakes (again), so i have nothing to drive there...
Unless i can get the blazer fixed before saturday, i'm out.

2 Toddler Beds
1 Crib
1 Couch
1 Love seat
LOTS of floor space

Peterg and Petraman already called a bed so just let me know so I can prepare.

Kind of a last minute deal. Seeing I missed the Minnesota meet while I was driving under Michigan and I haven't hit a meet this year. I drove to Chicago for a lunch meet a couple of years ago, this will be a piece of cake.

hmmmm, wow.... I guess that I am the dork here I completely forgot all about the queen size bed in one of our spare rooms, so yes, we have a queen open.
