steering wheel not locking on 03 SLE

I was wondering why my steering wheel is not locking? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, Bob.
2003 SLE silver/dark gray leather.
1996 SE white/gray velour --sold.

This is normal. The steering wheel does not lock on any 2000+ Bonneville.
