So I read my 95's FSM on fueling thinking the basic concept will be the same. One thing that I didn't really know what that when the evaporator system is purging it says the INT could be as low as 90. But, the engine must be running in closed loop for the EVAP to be on. I'm assuming your 90 has an EVAP system.. It might not.

One thing you may want to double check is continuity of the wire going from the PCM to the O2 sensor. I'm pretty sure you just have a one wire O2 sensor. If it's grounding out intermittently, that could explain a lot.

Yes i have one wire o2. Ex owner had 10 years ago grounding problems with sensor because one exhaust manifold bolt was missing.

unplug the o2 sensor for test run - more fuuel consumption but should run fine if o2 is issue

Can someone check what int and blm is when revving 4000rpm on idle? Or maf mg count?
