Welcome!

Sounds like a bad switch. And assuming they kept the same or similar seat gizmo from 1992 to 1999, then there's no way to move it manually.

Welcome to the forum!!

Do any of the three switches on the bottom work? If those don't work either, it could be a locked up compressor on the bottom of the passenger seat. Don't forget to check for blown fuses and power to the compressor first though.

yup. The lumbar and side bolsters are moved by a small compressor under the passenger side seat.

But for me does not work also movement moving, and it does not depend probably on the compressor, safety locks all are whole.

1. Is the problem with BOTH seats (driver AND passenger)?

2. Also, do you mean that the lumbar adjustments (Pneumatic) work, but not the others (non-pneumatic.. FWD, BACKWARD, TILT, etc)?

If the answer to both questions is YES, then the major components could be
1. Circuit Breaker #4 on the Fuse panel under the driver side dash (this also feeds the rear defroster)
2. Seat Control Module which is under the driver seat, close to the front edge
3. The left/right side switch (not so likely)
4. Wiring to and from the seat control module with possibility of others

The pneumatic functions for the lumbar and side bolsters are a separate circuit that operate the compressor which is under the passenger seat.
