Re: '00 SSei misfire under load
if you have a way to scan it, it will tell you what cylinder the missfire is on and you can look closer at that cylinder. could have a bad injector or bad injector connection, vac leak, carbon build up, bad pushrod, bad rocker, many things... hard to say. what codes are you getting?

Re: Non-puck motor mounts?
Correct, Those are the upper Dogbone mount inserts for W-body. I made a Puck Mount with Sway bar bushings and have been running it for like 5 years no issues.nos4blood70 wrote:Those mounts you have linked from Intense are for W-bodies only, so Grand Prix, Monte Carlo, etc.

Re: transmission not going in gear ??
I parked mine in a parking lot and backed out, put in gear and nothing. Popped into "1" and it moved but slipped. Ended up being a broke 1st gear band, did a rebuild at that point. If yours doesnt move at all in any forward or reverse gear then it could be a full rebuild or something like a the ...

Re: Dual Mode Mufflers?
They are installed without the vac.. Sounds good. Deep and mellow, not to loud and quiet on the highway. Dual 2" stainless Y into 2.25" Vbands on the mufflers.

Re: Dual Mode Mufflers?
They are Vac operated. Which is easy enough, the corvette companies have a vac switch for the C6 to add the vac operation on a car without the dual mode system that can be used or you can make one for like $20 with some vac line and a Solenoid. I can replace or remove the Resonator if it is too ...

Dual Mode Mufflers?
What do you guys think, I came across a set of Camaro ZL1 Dual mode mufflers and thinking about trying them in place of my stock mufflers (installing Dual mode switch) If you flip them opposite sides the line up a little bit like stock... Obviously they will need to be modified a little to work ...

there is a seal on the end of the supercharger snout.. I dont know what is involved with resealing it.. might contact ZZP they have M90 parts. Or another option is get a hold of a 2nd hand one in good shape and swap the snout (i would do the coupler at the same time for either repair). if you PM ...

Re: Performance Shift Button Install Question.
I have seen a couple guys with motor swaps do it. It just wires to the PCM then to a ground and when its in "perf Shift mode" it grounds the system and completes the circuit IIRC.
