I noticed a few more things today:

The Map/Vanity lights do NOT work
The trunk lights do NOT work
The license plate lights(2) do NOT work

I tested a few of these bulbs and they were OK

Could this be one of the BCM modules? Maybe the RIM?

I swapped the remote modules located in the trunk and the remotes work right, as I only got a single key from seller.
Something unusual I just noticed is when I unlock car with either remote, the dash, steering wheel, and door lights will blink twice before they stay on. Not sure what that means ...
