I've always been very satisfied with Andrew's service and parts. They are quality and shipped well and quickly. Thanks Andrew.

Internals where hardened until they exploded, LOL. I started to actually hook them up with 1.77s and then the tranny went poop before I could nail that 11. I still think its there.

Re: TC trashed, now fixed
There is only a one year warranty on the TC from ATI and I bought it used, so it is long gone. New converter is in. Drove it yesterday for a few trips around town. Feels great.

TC trashed, now fixed
So are wondering about my tranny from WCBF. Found a stripped out TC. Intense inputshaft was 100%, chain is 100%, and diff is 100%. I was running an ATI 3500 stall and it ripped the teeth right out of it causing instant power loss to the wheels. Engine still ran fine. No gears. Like Wren said we ...

If I could ever get a good 60' I'll be in the 11's on motor. Its there. Just can't hook them up.

Tried to come to the awards, but circumstances kept me from going down that way with the car breaking. Guess maybe next time.

Changed Keven's plug wires and replaced his front broken motor mount with a solid hockey puck version.
Bill's hook release is working but not from inside the car. A jerry rigged front release version for now.
The meat is smoking tenderly at a steady 200F and I'm getting hungry from the smell ...

Re: New from Florence Oregon
There are several members in Oregon. Might want to check out the PDXCGP.com site as well. There is a pretty active group there. Dan is from Coos Bay right by you. He has a GP GT with a few mods and owns a mechanics shop specializing in GM and the 3800.

Re: Rear Air Suspension Question
I doubt that they will "blowout" on you. Of course the mechanics shop is going to try and scare you into that. I'd buy the parts myself and do it in the driveway. Rear struts are easy since there aren't any springs on them.

Re: Torque Converters performance vs stock
2750 was nice with 3.29 gears. I'm running a 3500 now with 3.69s and I don't notice a huge difference, but that's just me. Keep in mine my car is made for that high. Also Intense and ZZP have different numbers meaning different things so read about that.
