I had a no start condition on our 96 SE we just got 2 months ago. I thought there should be a sticky on cleaning the ground bus on both sides. Everything worked but the fuel pump , lights , gauges , windows , locks , etc..... Checked fuses , checked relay , was ready to buy a new fuel pump and decided to get on here and research other possible sources. My drivers side ground bus was corroded and one prong had plastic melted to it causing a poor connection or none at all. I noticed the carpet and insulation was damp and realized we just had about 3 inches of rain in 48 hours in n. central Indiana. The day after it finally stopped raining I went to drive it and it would not start and only heard the fp relay kick in , not the pump itself. Cleaned the ground bus and the pump started working again and it fired right up. Have been going ever since. Just thought I would share as a possible solution to someone having a similar problem.
