To anyone's knowledge, is there a manufacturer who sells a deep dash kit for the 2000+ Bonneville? I'm not sure how much further I can cut, and my HU is simply too long.

2004 Bonneville GXP

There is no deep dash kit. You can get a kit from Metra (Metra GM Multi-Kit 95-2001 Double-DIN adaptor) to mount a double din HU but once you get back to the ductwork, that's as far back as you can go. Most HU will not require more room than that.
