Think I need to do the rear gasket. Do these bolts like to break on a ten year old car? Is this job doable with out breaking stuff like bolts or that weird connection between the headers.

You will want PB blaster and a torch. That will certainly help.

I've found the best penetrant for that kind of stuff to be WD-40's new "Rust Release Penetrant" in the silver can with the yellow top. That or ATF and Acetone mixed half and half in a spray bottle. Best way to do it soak everything, go through a heat cycle (aka driving the car) then soak it again. That will help the penetrant soak in.

Looks like it's the EGR tube to manifold. $112 dealer part maybe time to PM haro. PCS to tackle first.
