Year and Trim: 2001 Pontiac Bonneville SLE

I have a 2001 sle. It cranks over but wont start unless i push on the accelerator. once it starts, it runs fine. I shut it off and it wont start again. problem just started last night. I need some suggestions on how to get this fixed. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. thx.

Cleaned the iac and now she will start, but now it idles higher than usual. around 900-1000 rpm. Also wants to die when you first hit the gas. Any help would be appreciated very much. thx

MAF sensor perhaps?
