Tail Pipe Extensions448 viewsI found these cheezy tail pipe extensions and painted them gold. I've been looking everywhere for original extensions, but so far haven't found them.

L Motor436 viewsThe L motor in the car runs well and doesn't leak or use oil. It will be replaced by a rebuilt K motor in the future.

|

Engine Compartment502 viewsThis was the worst of the deal. It's also why this vehicle was slated for scrap.
The original K motor died. So someone replaced it with an L motor. They didn't think to keep the original harness. So none of the dash gauges worked! I consulted the schematics, added necessary wires to the harness, and now all of the gauges work.

Steering wheel441 viewsOne casualty of wear and tear was the original, leather covered steering wheel which also had a plethora of radio control buttons. Since the blinker switch was also destroyed in it, I replaced the steering column with this one.

Dash470 viewsThe dash was in pretty good shape. I replaced the dead factory CD player and the dash plate around it.

Dash508 viewsHere's another shot of the dash.

Front Seats493 viewsThe passenger seat seems OK. And the 10 way seats still work. But the drivers seat is ripped badly. I am looking into options to rectify the problem. Until then, these cheap seat covers will have to do.

Back Interior452 viewsThe rear leather seats are amazingly in good shape.

Unbelievable!464 viewsThis car was slated to go for scrap.

Side441 viewsCan you believe they were going to junk this car?

|

Rear431 viewsOne of the previous owners actually tore into the rear bumper with a screwdriver! Why? Who knows! New bumper search is underway.

|

Front393 viewsAmazingly, this car has over 230,000 miles and very little rust.
